1. Who is responsible
Responsible for the processing of personal data on this website is:
Tectum Health CompassBahnhofstrasse 110
8001 Zurich, Switzerland
Email: info@tectum-health.ch
If you have any questions about data protection, or want to exercise your rights, write to us at info@tectum-health.ch.
2. Scope and legal basis
This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you visit tectum-health.ch, contact us or book an appointment online. We process personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, for example when you visit from the EU, we also comply with it.
Depending on the case, we rely on your consent (e.g. for analytics), on steps needed to answer your request or to provide our services, on legal obligations, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure and working website.
3. Visiting this website
When you open this website, your browser automatically sends technical information to our web server: IP address, date and time, the page you requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the website and to protect it against misuse.
The website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH, Austria. These server log files are kept only for a limited period for security reasons and are then deleted. The fonts and animation scripts of this website are stored on our own server, so no data is sent to font or script providers.
4. Contact form and email
When you use our contact form or write to us by email, we process the details you give us: name, email address, who you are (e.g. doctor, clinic, nutritionist, patient) and your message. We use them only to answer your request and for any follow-up.
Please do not send medical details or test results through the contact form or by email. For anything about your health, talk to us at your appointment.
Form messages are sent to us by email through our email provider (World4You Internet Services GmbH, Austria). To protect the form against spam, we store a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your IP address for 10 minutes. We keep correspondence as long as needed to deal with your request, and then delete it unless we are legally required to keep it.
5. Online booking (OneDoc)
Our booking page uses the appointment booking service of OneDoc, a Swiss provider. When you book, the details you enter (e.g. name, contact details, date of birth, the appointment you choose) are processed by OneDoc and passed to us so we can manage your appointment. OneDoc processes this data under its own privacy policy, which you can find at onedoc.ch.
The booking widget is loaded directly on the booking page, because it is needed to book an appointment. OneDoc may use technically necessary cookies for this.
6. Our services: blood collection and laboratory
When you come to us for a blood draw, we process health data such as your referral, the tests requested and your sample, in order to perform the blood draw and to send your sample to the laboratory that analyses it, for example our clinical lab partner or, for Biovis tests, Biovis Diagnostik in Germany. Results go to you and to the doctor or nutritionist who referred you. This processing is not part of the website.
7. Cookies and your choice
When you first visit, we ask which optional services you allow. Nothing optional is loaded before you decide. You can change your choice at any time with , also at the bottom of every page.

Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. Advertising features are switched off. Analytics data is deleted after 14 months. If you withdraw your consent, we stop using Google Analytics and delete its cookies in your browser.
9. Google Maps
To show you how to find us, the home, booking and contact pages include a map from Google Maps (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA). The map loads together with these pages, based on our legitimate interest in showing our location in an easy way. Google receives your IP address and other technical data and may set cookies. If you do not want this, you can use the address or the “Open in maps” link instead, or block third-party content in your browser. More in Google’s privacy policy.
